Jim Gineris is the Founder and Chairman of USA Global Logistics LLC.
35 years of Transportation and Logistics experience in all aspects of operations, sales and, most importantly, customer service has allowed Jim to build a proud and talented team at USA Global Logistics.
As a corporate officer and a managing partner at two different logistics companies it has been his wide range of knowledge and creativity that has led to the success of the companies he has guided to this point.
Jim continues to work very closely with his clients and help to find the solutions to the issues they face in the ever changing world of logistics.

Jim is married to Glenna, has grown adult children, and many grandchildren.
In his somewhat limited free time Jim enjoys wine collection, is an antique auto enthusiast, collects 1960-70’s music, and is an avid Chicago sports fan.
Jim is also active in the “Fight Against Cancer” through the efforts of Northwestern Memorial Hospital located in Chicago, Illinois.
Maria Engleman is co-founder and Vice President/General Manager of USA Global Logistics.
Maria is responsible for the day to day operations and has decades of hands on experience which includes managing and overseeing all aspects of our logistics operation.
Starting her logistics career with Yellow Freight allowed Maria to understand the complexities of the freight world and she has taken part in two logistics company startups and created the foundation of what is now USA Global Logistics
Maria’s expertise in the movement and management of freight shipments incudes quick and well thought out solutions for shippers who need a company to act, not react.
Her responsibilities are inclusive of overseeing and training the dispatch and operations personnel to insure things get done the right way, the USA Global way.
Maria has a very close relationship with the customer base and is available to both our clients and employees to assist and help them through issues that arise daily.
Besides leading the USA Global Logistics Operation Maria spends her free time with her family and friends as well as traveling to warm climates.
Mark Paré joined USA Global Logistics in 2015, after a long career in sales and marketing for transportation companies across North America.
Starting in the transportation industry with General Motors in his hometown of London, Ontario, moved to what was then known as Yellow Freight, where he ran sales and operations for the Province of Ontario, before moving his family to Overland Park, KS to work at the Yellow Freight headquarters.
Following a 20-year career with Yellow, he spent time with Panther Expedite, Covenant Transport and CRST International where he served various senior management roles in sales and marketing.
Joining USA Global Logistics was a natural evolutionary move for Mark, a more intimate and controllable environment, one where service is the highest priority.
Mark and his wife Yvonne continue to reside in Kansas, they love the community and being close to their two grown children, Eric and Natalie.
Frank Rodriguez joined USA Global Logistics in 2016 after 28 years with Las Vegas/LA Express, an industry leading retail pool distributor and transportation provider. Working his way up the LVLA ladder Frank’s knowledge and expertise grew as he successfully navigated his career through dispatch, terminal management, operations and administration. At LV/LA Frank brought together his vast operational experience and knowledge of rates to negotiate win-win solutions with some of the largest retailers in the country.
As a US Army veteran, he continues to be well organized and committed to each task with his strong work ethic. Frank resides in Southern California with his three amazing kids. His hobbies include vintage muscle cars, music and having fun in the warm beach environment.
